At SOVA Creative Agency, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, communicate with you, process payments, and improve your experience.
Your information is stored securely and is never sold or rented to third parties. We may use trusted third-party service providers for website hosting, analytics, payment processing, and communication to help us deliver our services.
What we collect
- Details you give us — name, company, email, phone, country, project brief and any file you choose to attach when you send us a message.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept briefly for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
- Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies. Nothing analytics-related loads until you do.
Cookies and consent
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation) to understand how the site is used. Analytics remain switched off until you give explicit consent, and every consent decision is recorded with a timestamp. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will bring the consent banner back.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries and resumes are retained for up to 24 months so we can respond to you and consider you for future work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Security logs are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, or another region with equivalent protections, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you (data export).
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your data, including full account or record deletion.
- Restrict or object to how we process your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email Info@sovacreatives.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
How we protect your data
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS, sits behind an enterprise CDN with a web application firewall and DDoS protection, and sends a strict Content Security Policy along with a full set of hardening headers. Form input is validated and sanitised, uploads are restricted to approved document formats and size limits, and credentials are never stored in front-end code.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised Effective Date.
